As the TLS/SSL certificate of the Mobile-ID service interface (mid.sk.ee) is expiring, we will apply a new certificate on 04.02.2026 at 13:00 EET.

This change will affect all e-services that have integrated Mobile-ID for authentication and signing.

Please ensure that the new certificate is added in a timely manner. E-service providers that use HTTPS pinning and have not updated the certificate will not be able to use Mobile-ID for authentication and signing in their e-services.
The certificate change affects e-service providers only.

The new certificate can be downloaded in DER and PEM formats.

The related issuing DigiCert certificates remain unchanged from last year and can be found here.

The Mobile-ID Demo certificate (tsp.demo.sk.ee) will be changed on 26.01.2026 at 13:00 EET and can be downloaded in DER and PEM formats.

With this certificate change, TLS 1.3 support will be enabled as well:

• for the Mobile-ID Demo endpoint (tsp.demo.sk.ee) on 26.01.2026
• for the Mobile-ID production endpoint (mid.sk.ee) on 04.02.2026
