SK's test-OCSP responder and test-DigiDocService have new URLs!

SK is renewing test environment and due to that some changes apply. There is a new URL for test-OCSP and test DigiDocService and also for certificate upload.

New test-OCSP responder URL http://demo.sk.ee/ocsp
New URL to upload the certificates into test-OCSP database https://demo.sk.ee/upload_cert/
New test-DigiDocService URL https://tsp.demo.sk.ee
 
All certificates which were uploaded to old service were automatically transferred also to new service. You only need to change the service URL, there is no need to register certificates again.
