Pricing changes to SK ID Solutions’ services

26.05.2020

Starting June 1, the pricing of SK ID Solutions’ Validity Confirmation Services and Mobile-ID Service will be updated. Additionally, the pricing of the Smart-ID service for Identity Providers and Registration Authorities will also be updated.

Validity Confirmation Services

The Base Package will be removed from the Validity Confirmation Services and Proxy Certificate Validation Services’ price list. For clients who joined the service prior to June 1, 2020, this change will come into effect on October 1, 2020. All clients who are currently signed up for the Base Package will be automatically switched to the Office Package which has a monthly fee of €9.60.

Mobile-ID

Starting from June of this year, Service Package I in the Mobile-ID price list will be updated to include 100 transactions and a monthly fee of €10 will be applied to the package. For clients who joined the service prior to June 1, 2020, this change will come into effect on October 1, 2020.

The new Smart-ID price list for Identity Providers and Registration Authorities

In the Smart-ID price list, the price per transaction will be updated for all packages. For Identity Providers and Registration Authorities who have signed a contract with SK ID Solutions prior to June 1, 2020, this change will come into effect on October 1, 2020 or per the conditions agreed upon in the contract. This change will only affect the specialised Smart-ID price list. The Smart-ID price list for e-service providers will not be changing. The updated price list can be found here.

For all new clients joining the service, the pricing changes will come into effect on June 1.

SK ID Solutions recommends that all clients examine their current usage and confirm whether their current service packages meet their actual needs and transaction volumes. This can be done very easily via SK’s e-service platform.

On October 1, 2020, the new price lists will be automatically applied to all clients who accept the updated pricing. Clients who do not accept the changes will be able to end their current contracts prior to the changes coming into effect.
