The Supervisory Board of SK ID Solutions has appointed Eneli Kirme as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Management Board, joining CEO Kalev Pihl on the two‑member board. Eneli has worked at SK for more than 20 years.

“Eneli is a long time colleague who in my view embodies SK’s values and she has always pushed all of us in SK to deliver on our promises,” said Kalev Pihl, CEO of SK ID Solutions. “She has grown together with SK in ambition and competence. Eneli joining management board means that SK will not pivot to unknown territories but continues to deliver high quality trust services to customers and continues to be attractive environment for talents to work in.”

As COO and board member, Eneli Kirme will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of SK’s business services, including service sales and delivery, and cooperation with partners. Her role also covers aligning operations with different teams so that changes in services and infrastructure reach customers and end‑users in a clear and consistent way.

“In the coming years, we will continue building on what our customers value most: stable, trusted services, while helping banks, the public sector and other partners transition to newer, safer flows such as Smart-ID+ and prepare for the European Digital Identity Wallet,” said Eneli Kirme. “I want our teams and clients to feel that SK remains a predictable, trusted partner as technology and regulation continue to evolve.”
